Children 3-12 years are charged 50% of the applicable non diver's rate.
Infant below 3 years old are charged 10% of the applicable non diver's rate.
(Term: Children are sharing chalet with their parents.)
Non divers can do other activities such as snorkelling & swimming.
The above packages includes :
* Meet and land transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna Jetty (70mins) & return transfer.
* Return Boat transfer to Kapalai Island.
* 3 boat dives daily EXCEPT on arrival & departure days.
* Unlimited dives in front of the resort.
* Accomodation on a Single Supplement or Twin/Double/Triple Sharing basis in the resort.
* Fresh food cooked by Chef on buffet style.
* Afternoon snacks served after 3rd dive, tea/coffee, cold water & cordial served through out the day.
* Tanks, weight & belt are provided.
Terms & Conditions :
* Single supplement / traveller - additional 50% off to the above package.
* Malaysian Rate is applicable for MALAYSIAN & EXPATRIATES with working permits only.
* For Non Malaysian, please ensure passport validity is MORE THAN 6 MONTHS before
entering Malaysia.
* Sipadan entrance fee of RM40.00 per person per day NOT included and subject to
approval by Sabah Parks authority. Advisable to submit client's particular (full name,
nationality, NRIC/Passport number, permanent address and date of birth) in advance for
application to enter Sipadan Island. Approval is not guarantee and under the jurisdiction of
Sabah Parks. Approval is normally announced one day before the trip to Sipadan Island.
* Boat Schedule : Semporna to Kapalai - 0930AM ; 1230 noon and 1530PM
: Kapalai to Semporna - 0630AM ; 1030AM and 1330PM
* Check-In Time at 1400PM while check-out time is 12 noon.
* Full payment is required 30 to 45 days before the arrival date.
* Additional of RM150 nett per person will applies shall the list of name change to another
person.
* EAE is NOT responsible for bounding flight waiting too long at the Airport.

Sipadan Permit and Entrance Fee :
* Entering Sipadan Island, require permit and may not be approved on certain days if the
quote exceed.
* Approval is issued by Sabah Park early one day before entering therefore would not be
able to tell in advance.
* Guest can dive in Sipadan & will be charged RM40 per person per day. It can be paid at
the resort. Sipadan at this present moment only allowed 120 persons per day.
* The resort hold no responsibility for not being able to dive everyday in Sipadan due to
conversation done by our Government. We can only do our best to arrange every of our
guests to dive at Sipadan.
Guest's Details :
* Require name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, contact number and flight
details to facilitating necessary arrangement.
* Please advise if travel from other part of Sabah by land to Tawau/Semporna and estimated
arrival time.
* No reservation is made until we get the confirmation from you site. Please advise all the
details as soon as possible so that we can make further arrangement for you.
